Hola! Welcome to the new year of the LTE "Titi" Awards. The sun has set for the LTE Year 2006-2007. A new day, a new year, has come. Tonight's Award will open a new set of Titi Winners for LTE year 2007-2008. 12 spots are open for everybading! So who are the TOP 10 contenders vying for the first Titi of our 2nd year?
